Bardot Brasserie – this is Michael Mina’s new Brasserie inside Aria and serves a mix of traditional French bar cuisine with some modern twists. Bardot is located on the promenade level close to the Cirque De Soleil Zarkana theatre.

Bar Masa – A modern Japanese restaurant that’s open from 5-11pm daily and boasts some of the freshest seafood in the world, with Chef Masa Takayama not allowing any of the tuna to be out of water more than 24 hours before it’s served to customers. The restaurant also offers a $49 early dinner menu and is located on the casino level near the main hotel registration.

Blossom – the only authentic Chinese restaurant in the hotel, Blossom serves up traditional Chinese dishes from 5:30-11:30pm daily. The Buffet – as the name suggests this is the buffet inside Aria and features over 11 different food stations with lots of different cuisines. The Roasted Bean – a typical coffee and bakery shop that’s located on the casino level near the self parking entrance and is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm daily.

Sage – another option for fine diners at Aria, Sage by Shawn McClain offers up artisanal American cuisine from 5-11pm daily near the main registration area. The menu includes a ton of options like a la carte, an $89 signature tasting menu, a $59 early dinner menu, as well as a Chefs, vegetarian and vegan tasting menu.

The Aria Casino – the casino inside Aria is comprised of over 150,000 sq ft of gaming floors and includes a full casino, high limit room, sportsbook and poker room. Ticket prices range from $69 up to $180 per person for front row seats, and we advise booking in advance as it sells out quite often.

The Spa – the Spa and Salon at Aria is open from 5am to 8pm daily and features hundreds of different treatments from facials to massages and day packages. You can access the spa pool and facilities for $30 per day if you don’t want to book a treatment. Massages run from $180 up to $370 depending on the massage selected and length of time for the treatment.

Pools – the hotel offers 3 separate pools with cabanas and is open from 9am to 5pm each day. Located on the promenade level, the pool accepts chair rentals as well as cabanas and serves food and drinks.
